Fundamento, LLC, operator of Fundamento, together with its operating affiliate Inversiones Santa Lucía, S.A., is not an issuer of securities, not a placement agent, not a broker-dealer, not an investment adviser, not a fiduciary, not a mortgage originator, not an insurance broker, not a real-estate brokerage, not a CPA firm, and not a law firm. We do not hold licenses in any of those categories. Premier-tier "advisor" labels refer to the Fundamento product role, not a regulated advisory status. Where the Platform surfaces specific accredited-only deal opportunities, the issuer, placement agent, and any registered broker-dealer or adviser involved are identified in the separate offering documents for that deal; nothing on the Platform substitutes for those documents.
Family Office engagements are different
The Family Office tier provides direct advisory under a separate engagement letter that defines scope, deliverables, and applicable professional standards. Nothing in the Free, Pro, or Premier tiers establishes an advisory relationship.

Calculator outputs, library content, asset-class scorecards, and any forward-looking content are presented "as is." Jurisdictional limitations
Tax and legal frameworks vary by jurisdiction. US-focused content (1031 exchanges, Opportunity Zones, IRS §121, REPS, FIRPTA, CCPA, Reg D 506(c)) applies to US federal and state law. LatAm-focused content (Mexican fideicomiso, Dominican CONFOTUR, Argentine inflation adjustment) reflects the corresponding national law as we understand it. Cross-border content is necessarily generalized; bespoke jurisdictional advice requires local counsel.
Currency and inflation
Calculator defaults use USD. Where local-currency values appear, conversions reflect rates as of the date shown. Inflation- and currency-sensitive scenarios (Argentina, certain LatAm markets) carry larger uncertainty bands than indicated by the calculator confidence ranges.
No solicitation
Nothing on the platform constitutes an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities, real-estate interests, or any other investment. Co-investment opportunities surfaced to Family Office members are accessible only under separate offering documents reviewed by qualified counsel.
Latin America / non-waiver of consumer rights
Nothing in this Disclaimer waives or limits any non-derogable right under the consumer-protection laws of Costa Rica, Mexico, Brazil, or any other jurisdiction whose laws are mandatorily applicable. Where local mandatory law conflicts with this Disclaimer, local law controls to the extent of the conflict.
